City of North Las Vegas is Hiring a Payroll Coordinator (FT) Near North Las Vegas, NV
The City of North Las Vegas is excited to announce a recruitment for the position of Payroll Coordinator. This vacancy is in the Finance Department. - Pay – The salary range for this position is $58,674.24 to $93,473.81 depending on experience
- Work Schedule – Monday – Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (36-hour work week)
- Selection Process - Oral Panel Interview 100% Passing Score 70%
Performs a variety of specialized duties in the coordination, administration, and performance of citywide payroll systems.

- Two (2) years of college-level coursework in accounting or a closely related field
- Four (4) years of experience managing payroll processes and systems
- OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Candidates for this position are subject to a Pre-employment screening. Pre-employment screening includes but is not limited to Local and State Criminal History Check; Federal Criminal History Checks via submissions of fingerprints, and Drug screening.
